Description:
Meet the cute and sweet Henny Penny! Henny was found stray and life has only been sweeter for her since she came to PAWS. Henny is doing well in foster care and her foster had this to say about this cutie with the pointed ears: "Around the house she loves to play and she is super treat motivated. She does well in her crate with very minimal crying if I leave the house. At night she sleeps in there with no crying at all. She is a good Walker and has developed a regular schedule. She is a pleasure to have." Henny has the normal youthful energy for a dog her age and could benefit from additional training and daily enrichment. Henny could live with a dog, pending them meeting. We do not know how Henny is with cats. Henny would do best with children that understand she can be bouncy and full of life when she is excited about something.  Age: 1-2 years old  How I came to PAWS: Found Stray  Animal ID#: 49788 Weight: 38 pounds  Mixed breed (It’s impossible to identify breed mix by sight alone, so for most dogs, their mix is only a guess. FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
