Meet Zoey! A Good Samaritan found this adorable little puppy nugget abandoned and took her into safety, then reached out to rescue for help. She's currently being fostered in a home with two foster parents and 3 other pups, and has lived with cats too. She does well with all. Zoe's foster mom, Kristin, finds her so entertaining and describes her as fun with a bit of sassy mixed in. Kristin shared this update: "I LOVE Zoey! She is so much fun! She came into my house like she owned it! No issues with my dog but they think she's crazy. Zoe does play with my dogs but the are not as energetic as she is. I think she would do well in home with another young, playful dog to help burn off some of her puppy energy. She loves toys and play, shares well, and will make a great pup companion. Zoey is a social butterfly who gets along well with everyone! She has the best personality - She's very affectionate and can cuddle with the best of them. She has spurts of puppy energy, but can settle down too as long as she gets some fetch and playtime worked in. She is crate trained and sleeps in it all night without a peep. She is an early riser so no need to set an alarm. As far as house manners, Zoey has done well with potty training and sleeps in her crate at night with no accidents. She is pretty vocal when she's excited...especially for walk time. Her foster mom is working on her leash skills to get her exposed to a more urban life. She is very vocal and excited for the first few blocks, but then calms down as we walk more. She takes her guard dogs duties seriously and likes to bark at passersby, so she's probably not an ideal condo dog...she can be vocal. This cutie pie is a definite charmer who will fit well in any pack — the more, the merrier. She's tiny, though (only 8 lbs), so probably best in a home with kids out of the toddler stage.
