Description:
Hi there. I'm Mimi an 11 year old Calico with an affectionate personality. The great folks here at Safe Place say I'm special needs. Guess that's because I'm special. I came here when my owner of many years passed away. I've had regular vet care all those years and the vet discovered I have Irritable Bowl Syndrome and a sensitive tummy requiring medication every 2 to 3 months. As long as I get proper feeding and my meds I do just fine however. I still have a lot of years and love to give away. Because I'm special, I would do best in a quiet home without dogs, young kids, and maybe just one person. I've been through a lot lately and I'm shy, so I would prefer a house without any other cats, but maybe one older cat is okay. I have a lot of love to give, and I only want to give it to you! I love sitting in the warm sun and gazing out the front window, and warm laps. So if you are a special person looking for a special companion, call Safe Place to come meet me.

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
