Description:
Fig (AKA Figgy Pudding) is a tiny, zesty kitten with more love than can fit in her wee heart. Some of the things she loves most include:

•Giving kisses

•Snuggling with dog friends

•Good conversation

•Reggae or blues music

•Wet food, but only the shreds with gravy. She will complain, loudly, if you give her pâté style.

•Crinkly foil toys

•Showing off her 1920's mobster impression

•Helping with your yoga routine

Truly, Fig is a kitten of many talents! You would never guess that she has accomplished all this in her short life despite living with a neurological insufficiency which reduces her gross motor skills. With a few simple adjustments to her living space and a helping hand, Fig doesn't realize she is different from any other kitten. She will be adopted out with her "apartment" (a repurposed playpen) and her feeding station, which helps her eat with independence. Fig has recently learned to use her feeding station, and she sure is proud of herself.

Darling Figgy would love to share her love with YOU! Please contact Community Cat today to learn how to meet your new BFF. She was born approximately February 2021 and is being fostered in Madison area.

If you are interested in adopting one of our wonderful cats or kittens, you can apply on our website:  https://www.commcat.org/copy-of-adopt-a-bff

Please allow several days for us to process your application. We are a small, all-volunteer group and we are doing our best to work quickly! After the application is processed we will make arrangements for you to meet the cats that interest you. All of our cats and kittens are raised in our homes and live with us until they are adopted. They live with us as part of our families so we know them very well and we can help you find your perfect cat! Cats are rarely caged (only if its medically necessary) so you can visit with them and see how they act in a home.

  Our adoption fees:
  Kittens (under 6 months): $100 (or 2 for $150)
  Adults (6 months to 7 years): $50 (or 2 for $50)
Seniors (8 years and up): $25 (or 2 for $25).

All cats are spayed or neutered, tested for FIV/FeLV, dewormed, vaccinated for rabies (if age appropriate) and distemper, and microchipped.
