Name:  Goldie     Best Guess for Breed:  Domestic Short Hair   Best Guess for Age: 4 months as of 7/7/2021      SEX:  Female Approximate Weight:  1.5 lbs as of 5/11/2021 Coloring: Tortie Type of Hair: Short Gets Along With:  Goldie gets along with other kittens and kids. Due to her age, she will likely also get along with dogs, given an appropriate acclimation period. Currently Living at:  Foster in DC metro area I am Looking For: I'm a kitten, which means I'll need lots of extra love and attention! I'm going to have lots of energy, so it would be great if your home has another kitty sibling!  What My Foster Says About Me:   This little cutie is incredibly playful and loving. She is very curious and smart. She's great with other kittens and kids. She would make a great companion for a resident cat. You will love her!! A purring machine!  She loves to play with small stuffed animals, soft toys, yarn, pipe cleaners, dangly toys, and even laptops (of all things). She is a great companion because she loves to be close to humans although not on your lap necessarily. Kitten Vetting Requirements : Your kitten may not be fully vaccinated upon adoption.  You will be responsible for providing whatever remaining vaccines are needed to complete the kitten vaccine series. Due to this kitten’s young age, she/he has not yet been spayed or neutered.  As part of the adoption contract, it will be your responsibility, as the adopter, to ensure that this is done no later than 9/15/2021. There are NO EXCEPTIONS and NO EXTENSIONS to this date . TO ADOPT: The adoption fee for this kitten is $175 ($300 for two cats or kittens adopted together), which includes the cost of routine vetting. FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
