Online Adoption Application › Meet Sophie, she would love to meet you. Sophie loves everyone, is super friendly and is a bit of social butterfly and sometimes forgets her size and to listen when she is hard at play. She would love to have a large place to run off energy and to share with a playmate if there happens to be one. She loves to play with her toys(some times protective with them a bit) and will take walks with you on her leash. She will remind you that you are loved when you have been away!  Sophie has been in basic training in the Dash/Prison training program and has done very well learning basic commands. She is very treat driven so you will be able to continue working with her once you both get settled in at home. She is not a barker or digger and did I mention she signals to go potty! Her pictures don't show her truly beautiful and friendly nature. She had just come off transport, and was very excited and wiggly and happy. She really wanted to say hello to everyone and smell everyone (and give a few kisses) Most of her pictures were a bit blurry because she was moving so much and thrilled to meet everyone. She entered the prison training program, where she has done quite well, but getting updated pictures can be a challenge.   REQUIREMENTS FOR ADOPTING SHEPHERDS BREED DOGS FROM DASH RESCUE:- NO small dogs, animals, rodents, rabbits, chickens, birds or cats living at the home.- NO children under the age of 8 years of age.- Must have a 4' fence or higher.- **MUST HAVE GSD EXPERIENCE **

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
