Mimi is in need of a FOSTER HOME or ADOPTER!

Meet Mimi - A wonderfully sweet Lab/Dane/Mastiff Mix (just a guess on breeds) who is 9 years old and 120 lbs.  This beautiful senior girl is pretty much as close to perfect as any dog could be! She is super sweet, gentle and spends her days relaxing. She would make a wonderful companion to any lucky adopter. She is low energy and although she enjoys walks, she loves to be inside hanging by her fosters side. She's a wonderful girl in the house; she's housetrained and has great house manners! Mimi would love all the attention to herself so she needs to be an only dog in the home.   If you're looking for an easy, sweet and low key companion, look no further. Mimi is perfect!

Mimi was surrendered to the shelter by her owner because they could not care for her properly.  Mimi is so very sweet and just wants to be with people and in the air conditioning. :)  Mimi does well on the leash and rides well in the car.  Mimi is not fostered with children, so for this reason, if there are children in her forever home they should be respectful kids 6 years and up. Mimi is spayed, up to date on vaccines, on monthly preventatives and microchipped.

The adoption fee for this dog is $300.00, which includes routine vetting and spay/neuter. ***Please note that our first step is submitting an application (it does not commit you in any way but allows us to discuss with you if you and the dog are a good fit).

In addition, an important step in approving adoption applicants is to complete a vet check. Vetting of current and past pets is very important to us, thus we will be speaking with the vet(s) listed on your application to ensure that your current and previous pet(s) are kept up to date on vaccines (including rabies), spayed or neutered, maintained on appropriate monthly preventatives and examined annually by your vet.***

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
