ATTENTION:  All of our dogs are in private foster homes.  We do NOT have a kennel with multiple dogs.  If you find a dog you want to meet in person, please go to and complete an application.    We will make every attempt to process all applications within 3 business days of receipt. // // Meet Brisa, (aka our Lily Bear) is as cute as they come. Brisa isa 5-6 month old, 21 lb and growing Lab mix. She is sweet and smart, good with kids and all dogs, a huge cuddle bug who will be your shadow. Don’t let her calm personality fool you though. Brisa is super fun, loves to play with toys, she even throws them to herself and can jump and play for hours like a baby goat.  She is still all puppy energy, loves running around the yard, and playing with her foster sister.  Walks well on a leash, sleeps through the night in her crate without complaint, and is working on potty training. Would do well in a home with another dog, probably would be fine with a dog suave cat, an active family, or even a human cuddle buddy that’s around a lot as she like to always be with you. Her  adoption fee is $350 with a $100 refundable training deposit.      The training deposit will be refundable within 3 Months of Adoption date for pups 4 months and older.    All Second Chance Dog Rescue dogs are spayed/neutered, are up to date on vaccines and have microchips prior to adoption.   Adoption fees vary depending on age of dog. Fees help Second Chance Dog Rescue cover spay/neuter costs,   vaccinations, medical treatments, food and supplies. Please go to  and complete an application today!    All dogs live in private foster homes until they are adopted.

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
