Name: Martini     Best Guess for Breed: Lab mix Best Guess for Age: 10 months as of July 2021      SEX:  Female   Approximate Weight: 40 lbs as of 7/13/21 (still growing)   Gets Along With:  Martini has done well with other dogs at the shelter. She hasn't been seen with kids or cats but can be tested.    Currently Living at:  Shelter - arriving in DC area Saturday 7/17   Martini is Looking For:  Her forever family! The shelter staff say she's friendly and outgoing with people and dogs - and very playful! She's OK on a leash and knows SIT. She's a young girl still and will need opportunities to burn off that awesome young dog energy - she'll need daily opportunities for running and playing in addition to long walks. Trips to the park or doggy daycare would be great! And as with all dogs, obedience school is good -she can show you how super smart she is and how fast she learns! What she wants most of all is not to crook her dew claw while holding her glass - nope - she wants to know she has her very own home and is safe and loved for all her days. What do you say? Do unwavering loyalty and adoring gazes sound like a good trade for scritches and pats? FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
