A note from Renesmay:

Well hello there! My name is Renesmay and I'm so exited you chose MY page to look at -- maybe we can be friends!

I've been told I make a great adventure buddy, but all I know is I love being with my humans. Whether we're going on a hike or to the dog park, or just going to drop off some letters at the post office, I'm happy as a clam to be with my family. Don't get me wrong though - I LOVE the dog park and making doggo friends! My foster family reports I've never met a dog I don't like at the park and I'm ready to keep it that way! I can get a little scared of dogs around my food and toys though, which makes me worried someone won't want to adopt me. But... my foster says if I go to a home with a dog, my new human will help me not be so scared and if I go to a home without other dogs I get soak up all the love in the house and then go to the dog park to play! Both sound like great options to me so I've got paws crossed!

I am also hoping for a more quiet home when I find my forever family, someone that will hang at home with me and not have too many strangers coming and going. It's scary to have that many new people in the house! I'm also overwhelmed by kiddos sometimes, it's not their fault but I still prefer to hang at the 'big kid' table with the adults only! Don't worry though -- I've been in a home for a while now so I have already learned some of the 'rules' in a home. I'm sure it will be an adjustment still but I can't wait to meet my forever family and show them all my cool tricks.

I already know some tricks but I hope my forever family will still do training with me! I just love to work on new tricks and training since I get to be with my human and work that ol' noggin at the same time! I've worked with a trainer before, so ask the Lucky Dog team to share my trainer report with all the details!!I will of course be the best pup in return for all the love, adventures, dog park trips, and training they'll do with me. I just hope they like kisses!

So what do you say... are you my new home?! If you're not sure and want to meet me first I'd LOVE to meet you and the Lucky Dog team is happy to chat about me with you too (they even have some other fun pictures of me!). Just let them know and their people will call my people to make a meet happen! I can't wait to meet you, forever family!!

What my foster says about me: Renesmay loves to go out on walks, especially in the woods where she can sniff and explore! She eagerly seeks out other dogs for play and has done great at the dog park. Renesmay really likes to push rocks around in the yard (video coming soon to her profile!!), she also likes to run after balls, although she doesn't understand fetch quite yet so won't bring the balls back! Renesmay knows most basic commands but would love to learn even more!
