Meet Snoopy!!  This adorable girl was adopted from a local shelter and has been loved by an amazing family; sadly, one of the other dogs in the how who has some disabilities is not tolerating Snoopy and her puppy-ness at all.  In order to keep Snoopy safe and not make her live a life where she is constantly being attacked her loving family reached out to Fuzzy Pawz Rescue for help.

Snoopy is a very happy and healthy puppy who gets along with everyone she meets. This girl is one big ball of mushy love; she loves to just be where her people are and is quite fond of sleeping with her humans.  Snuggling is a favorite past time.

She is very smart and treat motivated; she really just wants to please. Snoopy is house trained and knows some commands like sit, no, off, no bite, and her name. She does walk on a leash fairly well. She is working on not jumping up on people. She loves everyone and is great with kids of all ages. She has a kennel that she will go into for treats, but she cries if she knows anyone is home to get out. She leaves cats alone and likes other dogs, we would really like to see Snoopy go to a home with another dog.

Snoopy has lots of toys and will entertain herself with them, but also likes people to play with her with her toys.  She loves playing in water. She has a baby pool she jumps all over in. Snoopy will need a home that has a 6’ fenced yard so she can run and play in the back yard.

She is very sweet and social and likes meeting new people and going places. She loves car rides and going to work to see people and other dogs. We haven’t found anything she doesn’t like.

Snoopy would be an ideal companion for most any household that is ready to deal with having a puppy.  This is NOT a backyard dog – Snoopy needs to be part of your family; going places with you, meeting new people and dogs.  We strongly suggest her new family take a puppy class with her – not only is it a great way for her to continue to learn, it is a great way for her to continue the VERY important socialization and it will help her bond with her new people.
