Click my picture for more info. on me! Just look into those sad puppy dog eyes! Sarasota is just looking for a home to love her! We do not think that she has ever had someone of her own. A home of her own. Someone fully to trust. She is shy, but gives the sweetest little tag wags. She’s a momma of eight, but is still very much a puppy herself. She loves to play with other dogs, to nap on the couch, and to get baths. She is learning to be housebroken and to walk on a leash. Sarasota wants to love someone. To trust someone completely, but so far in her life, she has either been ignored, or has been busy taking care of her own family. Not much of a chance to be herself. Not to mention that she had significant fur loss from sarcoptic AND demodex mange! Now she has almost all of her fur back (minus some areas that scarred).  She’s only about two years old and she is full grown at 55 pounds. She’s very smart and can figure out puzzles quickly- although most of the puzzles that she has worked out had been how to get out of a crate or to scale a fence. She is fine once she is out. She just doesn’t like to be cooped up and would rather explore and have a couch to nap on. We know that the right home is out there for her! The right home who with be patient with her and will allow her to come out of her shell. Who will show her how to be a dog again!
