Katy is a very sweet girl! She is @ 2 years old and @ 50 lbs. 





Katy had lived life on a chain before and was emaciated when first rescued. She is doing so great now at her foster home, and is "easy to care for" according to foster. She loves her walks and her fenced in  yard, she loves to lounge on the couch. Katy loves her squeeky toys, stuff toys, it is fun to see how much they mean to her.  





Katy is not good with cats and we are trying to assess her with other dogs, she seemed a little socially awkward, but that may be due to living chained up. For now a home without other pets seems best, but she may be fine with other dogs over time, just needs some managed introductions, she seemed a little prickly  but we were not able to truly assess her, her current foster has no other pets.

In order to foster, you must reside within 40 miles of Minneapolis, MN. If you are not within this radius but are interested in adopting, please fill out the adoption interest application and we can connect you with the foster home when the dog is here and ready to meet families.





Adoption fees range from $350-$650 (youngest puppies usually on the higher end, if our vet spays or neuters them. Otherwise, young puppies are $450-$485 if adopter finishes their vetting with a signed spay/neuter contract). Adoption fees for senior dogs are on the low end, all others somewhere in between.
