Description:
Trapper lived the first year of her life on the streets by herself. She had never been touched by a human until she came to the shelter. It was sheer luck that we got her and her 12 babies in the shelter. Her babies have long since been adopted and now we hope to find Trapper a forever home. She is still weary of humans but hopefully over time she will warm up. She is treat motivated (hot dogs are her favorite) and walks well on a leash. Potential adopters should expect to spend a few days getting to know her before taking her home. Fenced/escape proof yard is a must as she would prefer to be on her own again. She is sweet, just timid. If you have experience with these hard case dogs, please do not hesitate to contact us and/or come see Trapper.
Trapper's adoption fee has been sponsored! :)
Trapper does not like small animals (small dogs or cats), but she does well with calm dogs her size.
