Dorothy is a sweet 8 month old. She's never met a stranger. She loves affection and she'll chase a toy and play too. She'll come on your lap or you can carry her around. She's a great blend of mellow/easy-going and lively/goofy. Dorothy is in our shelter with her sister Amelia.  In the photo of the 2 of them, Dorothy is on the right.  Dorothy has great big gorgeous eyes and soft silky fur. Her markings are really pretty. She makes great eye contact.  The 2 sisters are bonded and we'd like them to stay together if at all possible. They love each other - they curl up together and play together.  A RappCats adoption is quick and easy.  Our adoption fees range from $110-150. Our fee   includes the cost of shots and spaying/neutering. We can usually complete an adoption within two business days after we conduct an interview. If two cats are adopted, the adoption fee for the second can be lowered or waived. RappCats is a non-profit organization that helps stray, abused, abandoned and unowned cats in Rappahannock County. We are strictly no-kill. If they are old enough, all our cats are current on their shots and have been spayed/neutered. We are also in constant need of foster homes to care for cats awaiting adoption. For more information or to adopt, contact us at 540.987.6050 or email us at     Physical qualities

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
