Pet name:
Good with dogs: Yes, with proper introsGood with cats: UnknownGood with kids: Older children onlyCrate trained: Working on itHouse trained: MostlyDona is an adorable pup! She is a sweet girl who is a little on the shy side, but warms up quickly. She responds to positive attention and is a fast learner. She already knows to 'sit' for food, is learning 'off' and ‘no’, and loves finding someone to snuggle with her. She has normal puppy energy but is just as happy to chill with her people. Dona is making good progress with crate training. She settles down fine at night but will bark in early morning and sometimes barks/whines during the day. She does well in the crate with another dog in the room. Her house training is coming along very nicely but she is still learning and may have the occasional accident. Dona is shy at first, but loves meeting other dogs and people - anyone who will show her affection! She seems a bit nervous around young kids, so would need time to adjust to a home with them. She is a very quick learner and has become comfortable walking (and running!) on a leash. Please Note: All dogs currently available for adoption are posted on our website. FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
