DOGS Are in Foster Homes.  There is no shelter.  LILY is an active 4 year old girl.  She is a sweetheart and deserves a loving life.  She would be perfect for a retired person or veteran.  Lily  is on heart medication that are roughly $100/month  - she will need to be on this the rest of her life.
