Description:
Splash is a one of our sweet senior cats.  She is a petite torti with beautiful markings including her distinctive half light/half dark facial coloring. She enjoys being petted, having her neck scratched and being brushed.  She is laid back, quiet and gentle but isn’t crazy about being picked up and carried around. She does enjoy sitting on your lap, but only when she doesn’t have to share your attention with other cats.  She gets along with the other felines in our building, and especially her two best friends.  At approx. 12 years old she has lived at our shelter for 11 years.  Over this extended period, Splash has bonded with Mango and ReAnn.  You will often find them snuggled up sleeping together or in close proximity to each other.  As a bonded trio, they find comfort in each other and may be hard to separate. Our goal is to seek that special household that would welcome them all.  Amarillo SPCA 806-622-0555, call for appointment.  11901 is our shelter location.

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
