Philly is 3 years old and 79 pounds. He is a really sweet boy. Deemed as dog aggressive at the shelter, he almost lost his life for it, but once we pulled him, we found he needed entropion eye surgery-his eyes were painful and he couldn't see well. Now we know, he is a sweet boy, good with bigger dogs, best in a house hold that is structured, active and has older kids. This boy needs a forever home or foster!
