In shelter Dog

Staten Island, New York, United States
Pet name:
American Staffordshire Terrier, Hound, Mixed
Brindle with White
Coat length:
My name is Sherman and I'm a dapper 4/5 yr M Brindle Amstaff/HoundX. I'm 65 lbs of PURE HAPPY HAPPY JOY JOY!! I'm a silly sweet friendly fun loving boy. I'm a very active athletic boy and love to jump up to your face to give you kisses but I'm very obedient and with a strong command will stop what I'm doing and do what you want. That said, I'm all for more training as I'm quick to learn and eager to please. I'm a great dog for someone that is active.. likes to run, bike or hike and needs a 4 legged companion to accompany them. I'm fine with other dogs but I am a bit pushy so another large dog with similar energy would be great to be with. I would be best with older kids ages 12 yrs+ as I'm a bit strong for young kids. I've never met a cat yet so best if I went to a cat free home. Sadly I've been in a kennel for far too long and have been over looked because I'm brindle in color. I'm looking for someone who knows, understands and appreciates my breed and wants a partner in outdoor activity.. It would be great to have a fenced in yard for endless fetching sessions! I'm a BRINDLELICIOUS SUPER STAR in the making! Come and meet me today!

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
