Ulysses LOVES to zoom. That doesn't mean he's on video/audio conference calls every day. It means he loves running as fast as possible and just zooming by you when you are playing with him. This high energy boy also loves going on long hikes and is making great progress with a gentle leader, looking up at his handler and not pulling. Ulysses would love a home that can provide him with plenty of activity and exercise because he's just waiting to show you his energizer bunny ways. This very sweet boy also loves snuggling with his human friends, curling up on them to get booty scritches and rubs from them. Ulysses can get a bit startled when he is woken up or moved off furniture. He would love a human who understands dog signals on when he wants to chill by himself. He's also uncertain when meeting new people and prefers slow introductions. He's working with a professional trainer and learning where to sit and about obeying "off" and "place." He's a smart boy who loves being educated and is making such progress. And he's doing well in his crate when he's in homes, happily staying there with a delicious treat when home alone. Ulysses hopes to be the only pet in a home with adult parents who can take him on those walks he loves, provide structure for him, and continue his training. Come meet this boy. He'll be glad to zoom home with you!
