Meet Zuko! He’s an adorable, affectionate, loving 1 1/2 year old Boxer/Pit who we rescued Zuko from the streets of Columbia, SC. last November. Zuko is about 55 lbs and he is house-trained/crate trained. He loves cuddling with our family and he adores our 80 lb Lab mix! We have made sure Zuko has received all the love and care he deserves! He has had a complete heartworm treatment, neuter, all necessary shots, and he is chipped. Zuko had to be kept calm throughout his heartworm treatment so we’re still learning about him. He enjoys leash walks but he needs some practice with walking around other dogs (he wants to visit them.)  Zuko may be a little nervous at first but he warms up very quickly and he loves cuddling and giving plenty of kisses. He loves being as close as he can to us and our dog! They sleep together and play together all the time! We would love to keep Zuko but he would prefer a home without cats. We’re heartbroken that we can’t keep Zuko but we hope we can find him the perfect family to love him as much as we do… maybe even one with another dog sibling! Zuko is NOT part of 11th Hour Rescue but they are helping to network Zuko for a new home. For more information, please contact Sue at suzyg9801@yahoo.com

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
