Description:
MUST BE ADOPTED WITH HIS BONDED SISTER, GRACIE! NO SMALL CHILDREN - 10 YEARS OLD AND OLDERGryffin is my name!  Yes, I am just this happy and silly.  I am a shy little munchkin that needs my sister Gracie.  I love to cuddle and spend time each night snuggling  on my foster mom's lap with Gracie.   I am a sweet boy.  I love to play in the yard (must have a fenced yard)  with the other fur kids.  Mom has lots of trees and plants and we play tag all day long.  I love to lay on our pillow in the sun.   Mom works in the yard a lot so we are always watched when we are outside.  We have a doggie door, so along with the big dogs can come and go as we need to. I  was found with my Litter mates in a box next to a dumpster.   Who would do that to us?   We were saved, and given all the love and care a scruffy guy could ever need.   And now, I am getting ready to find my forever home! I am a very small dog, so mom says NO Small Children in my future.   Tiny bones break too easily.  I AM EXTREMELY BONDED WITH MY SISTER, GRACIE, SO WE NEED A FOREVER HOME TOGETHER! If you are interested in meeting me, please apply!  I am only doing private meetings. AARFhouston.org/forms ========================================================= Please contact  app@aarfhouston.org for more information about this dog. You can apply online by clicking on Application . Puppies that are under 4 months old cannot be adopted outside of our Veterinary Service area.  Please call for specific locations. Children under 8 years old often are not a good match for our puppies and dogs.   In order to protect both, your child and our rescued dogs/puppies from harm, we seldom if ever adopt to families with young children. Once your application is approved, we will schedule a meet and greet at one of our adoption events.  Thank you for considering a rescue! The adoption fee includes vaccinations, Bordetella, de-worming, rabies, spay/neuter and microchip. There is a an additional $12.99 fee for Home Again for a lifetime registration of the microchip. Puppies cannot be adopted outside of the Houston area until they are spay/neutered after they are 4 months old. It is against the law in the State of Texas for a rescue not to be sterilized so we have to make sure it gets completed and that we have record of it. NOTE: In our bios, we provide information based on our volunteer's experience with a particular dog; such as temperament, training, and ability to get along with others. AARF is a 501(c)3 Non Profit, all breed, no kill organization. Our group is always in need of donations in order to continue to give the needed medical care to our rescues. Adoption fees do not begin to cover all of the medical costs. Any donation , no matter how small is a big help and is greatly appreciated. Please help us to continue to help them. Thank you.

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
