All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant. You see, it's like this. I had a wonderful life. I was loved, fed well (maybe too well), played with my person, went for walks, I was SO happy! And then one day my person didn't get up for our walk. All these people came to my house and took my person away. There were lights and sirens and everyone was crying. They say she is gone forever, and with all those crying people, nobody wanted ME. I'm friendly, outgoing, love everyone, including all people, big and small, other dogs, cats, Everyone says I am super sweet. But here I am, unloved. I miss having someone to snuggle with, to enjoy beautiful days with, to be my very own person. If you come for me I will love you with all my heart forever and ever. I promise to be the very best boy you have ever had. I may be older, but that just means I've had longer to learn how to be so good! . I like life a little slower these days, but that will just give us more time to enjoy each other. Please, I need you. FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
