Meet Augustine!

Augustine is a 15 week old mixed breed pup. His momma appears to be a 50-60 pound Retriever mix, but his dad is unknown. Augustine is a playful pup who is pretty big right now and we think that he will reach 50-60 pounds or so when full grown like his mom, but he could get larger. He is in a foster home with other dogs and he LOVES to play with his four legged playmates.

Augustine is still warming up to strangers since he had a rough start to his life and is use to having his siblings and his mom around, but he warms up quickly and then start giving kisses. He needs a fenced in yard since he likes to explore. He LOVES kids and we think that he would do well with cats after an introduction.

If you are interested in Augustine please fill out an application at

All our dogs are tested for heartworms, spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccines and flea prevention.

Cats are tested for FLV/FIV when age appropriate, as kittens tested at an age less than 16 weeks tends to lead to unreliable results.  All our cats are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccines and flea prevention.
