Description:
Meet Winston. This gorgeous shepherd mix has quiet the story to tell. He was living on a chain with an embedded collar before he was rescued. He has been resting and in recovery. The majority of his fur has returned and his coat is shiny and new. He does still have a few patchy spots under his chin.  Now that Winston has been with people, he LOVES attention. He is looking for a home with a human that is around most of the time. He does have separation anxiety. He is not destructive in any way, but he does make a lot of noise! He gets along with other dogs. His foster has explained that he is high value food driven, and would do great with a person that has dog experience.  He is up to date on vaccines, but still needs to be neutered. His neutered and adoption fee are being 100% sponsored. We are just eager to find Winston the right home! He deserves it! Check out his before an after photos. FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
