MERCUTIO -- A121434707/09/21 10:51MERCUTIO -- A1214347Mercutio has adjusted remarkably well to shelter life in a short period of time. We find that he is quite adaptable when he feels safe. He’s very curious, playful, smart, and adventurous. He always looks for ways to explore unfamiliar turf and is a master at finding openings to sneak through when no one is looking to check out new areas. Eating is one of his favorite activities – it’s a great way to become his friend, especially if you have an apple or banana!. He responds beautifully to gentle kindness and really needs a large space to roam, play, and explore. After playtime, he loves a soft blanket and a quiet spot where he can sploot and enjoy the day. This handsome boy is a precious treasure waiting to be discovered. His care requirements include:*Indoor housing only in a large space to explore, play, and run.*Exercise pens (x-pens) are a must. Two x-pens attached together provide adequate space. NO Cages or Hutches – too small!*Soft fleece blankets and area rugs to sleep on.*Lots of hay and fresh leafy greens.*A large hide cardboard box.*Chew toys*Nail trim every 6 - 8 weeks*RHDV vaccination--If you would like to know more about Mercutio, please contact shelter rabbit volunteer, Cheryl at 408-621-3773. She offers free adoption support and care coaching. The Rabbit Haven Rescue offers one free nail trim and health check for adopted shelter bunnies. Ask Cheryl for more details

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
