Pet name:
Fen Fenrir
Coat length:
I'm a husky!Fen was born around March 4, 2020 and might top out in the 60-pound range when done filling out.  He is a bit oversized for a Siberian. Fen was purchased from an Ohio Puppy mill on April 29th of 2020 and found himself homeless exactly a year to the day later because of divorce.  Fen is a wonderful boy and does great with the dogs and ignored the cat that was in the garage when he arrived.  Fen has been around children of all ages and does fine although he may knock little ones over due to his size and playfulness.  Fen is house trained and does well in the car.  He enjoys splashing through water and has become an excellent swimmer.  Although not much of a barker he will tell you a howling good story now and then.  Fen must have a securely fenced yard in his next home and if you have not had a Husky in the past you must do your research on the breed before applying.  Husky's are really fun dogs but also come with some challenges.  They have a ton of energy and if their exercise needs are not met they can get into trouble.  He would truly thrive with another fun dog and then some cuddle time with his humans. The Adoption Fee for this dog is $400.00 Adoptions fees vary based on adoptability. In general our fees include spay/neuter, all age appropriate vaccines, Home Again micro-chipping & registration, worming & flea control - a "complete" pet. We accept CASH or Visa/Mastercard ONLY.    Joyful Rescues has no funding except for our adoption fees and miscellaneous donations. FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
