Description:
Neptune is a dog who is truly out of this world! His story as we know it begins in December 2020, when he was found cold, emaciated, and abandoned in a grocery cart near a dumpster. A caring stranger brought him right to Lollypop, where he got the love and medical attention he needed. It was a long road to recovery for this boy, because he had a lot of weight to gain. He spent months in a loving foster home and he is feeling much better these days. Now it is time to find his forever home! This 60 pound lap dog is a perfect gentleman with cats, dogs, and familiar adult humans. We are unsure how he feels about smaller humans, so a home with older children would be best for him. He also seems to be afraid of squeaky toys. However, he is an absolute snuggle monster who just wants to cuddle all day. He walks well on a leash, rides great in a car, tolerates baths like a champ, and he WILL take over your bed!If you'd like to meet this sweet boy, email Hannah at hhecht@lollypop.org! You won't regret it.

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
