Hi - I'm Freckles! I'm a sophisticated, playful and handsome boy that enjoys playing with wand toys (but cat kicker toys are a close second)! I am a playful, cuddly and love to pounce!  I enjoy relaxing to classical music and watching TV while getting a back and neck rub (don't we all)!  I'm always curious about what you’re up to and enjoy being close and cuddling while sleeping and sitting.  I'm looking for a quieter home where I can rule the roost and someone who understands my past life was rough.  I am still not really sure about living with other animals. If you think I might be the kind of companion you are looking for, have your people call my people.  ** Freckles is FIV+. This means he has a weakened immune system. His new home needs to ensure he get regular exams and brings him to the vet right away if he does not feel good. By doing this, he can have the same life span as a FIV negative cat. FIV is not contagious to humans or dogs - it can be spread to other cats through deep bite wounds. If you give Freckles a chance, he wi ll be a wonderful addition to your home - bringing light and joy to your life.  ** Date of birth (estimated):  5/11/15 Good with Dogs:  Unknown Good with Cats:  No House Trained:  Yes Adoption Fee:   $140      If you are interested in meeting or adopting this animal, please read the following before submitting an adoption application on our website. FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
