Description:
Looking for a new best friend?
Kennedy is Sassy, Beautiful and LOVES all people.
She is between 1-2 years old and fully trained by our good friends at Allied Dog Training.
That means she rocks duration place and does an award winning off leash recall. Her foster or adopter will receive handling lessons from our trainers to set everyone up for success.
She would be best as an only dog or if experienced and you have a laid back submissive dog that would possibly work IF you are willing to put in the work.
If you have a cat we can further test her for serious queries.
She has some anxiety in new or chaotic places and adopters will receive assistance from our amazing trainers to get her through that.
She has LIFETIME support from our trainers who are always a text or phone call away.
We work EXTREMELY HARD to set everyone up for success.
Kennedy needs an active family to provide physical and mental stimulation.
No young children due to her size (50 pounds) and energy level.
Kennedy is located in Dutchess County NY and fosters and adopters would need to be able to come to the rescue center to meet her. If a match you would also need to come for handling lessons before taking her home (usually 3 times, sometimes more sometimes less).
She is spayed, house broken, crate trained, microchipped and up to date on vaccines.

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
