Meet Eleanor! This sweet older lady is estimated to be about 11 years old and weighs just about 20lbs! Dont let her age fool you though; she is still full of life and spunk! She is the best snuggle buddy! She will rub all over you for pets and hugs! Be careful though, if you stop petting her, she will yell at you for more love! Like most beagles, Eleanor can be a little vocal when she gets excited! Eleanor is ready for retirement so she doesnt have the patience for other dogs. She needs all of her owners attention so she will need to be the only dog in the home. She also has some separation anxiety so she will need someone who can be home most of the day. She didnt really have any reaction to cats, but we would suggest a slow cautious introduction if you have cats at home. Eleanor did test positive for E. Canis (a tickborne disease) which she has been treated for and she does have a few mammary tumors. If you have room in your home for this retiree, please call us to meet her today!
