Description:
Wow what a difference a few days can make!!
Misty is now in our Rescue after being in a shelter for a few days where she was going to be euthanized. She was so scared and you could tell she thought she had no chance of life there. However, I met her and was so surprised to see a happy girl who wanted to play and run. She had made a lot of progress since her arrival. She was introduced to another dog on the other side of the fence and was happy to see him. Misty came to me and wanted affection. She put her two paws on me and was looking at me with her big eyes. I could not leave her behind. She is now in foster care and Catherine is raving about her. How good she is on the leash, how friendly she is. Misty is a 1yr female beagle mix 18LBS. Misty was found as a stray. Dogs are stressed in a shelter environment and many of them do not make it out because of that. If you are interested in her please email us at pets@findahomegiveahome.com. Misty adoption fee is $350.00 and is fully vetted.

We do not adopt out of State unless you have a second home in Florida. We do not adopt to family with young children for the safety of the little guy. If you are a senior please consider adopting a more mature dog. Puppies are a lot of work. Thanks for the consideration.

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
