Description:
Pecan is a 2-year-old spayed female beagle. Although she likes to approach new people and situations cautiously, her foster mom has been working with her and her confidence continues to grow. Once she knows you, she is the best cuddle buddy and would love nothing more than to snuggle up on the couch with you while you watch a movie or read a book. But she isnt all couch potato! Despite being unsure of new surroundings, she LOVES going for walks. She has even accompanied her foster mom on short hikes.

Pecan is house-trained and crate-trained. She also loves her 4-legged foster brother and would prefer a home with another, more confident dog, though this is not a requirement for adoption.
