Sandy came from a rural location as 1 of 127 dogs.  This was not a breeding situation but a place with these dogs  in several pens and no spay/neuter.  They multiplied until the man couldnt afford to feed them all.
She is very shy but so gentle and making progress in her foster home with a normal dog life!
