Excelsis is a beautiful Shepherd/Border Collie mix who is looking for her forever home. Celsie, as she is lovingly called at EHR, would be a great companion for a dog savvy owner. She needs a family that will work with her on manners. She is playful and energetic, but has a timid side around people she doesnt know. Celsie has learned "sit" and "off" and is currently working on leash manners. She is dog friendly but not good with cats. Celsie would do best in a home with adults who are willing to give her the one-on-one attention she has been waiting for.
