Guava here! I am about 4 years old. I was surrendered by my owners to a shelter. The shelter thought I was such a wonderful girl they contacted Bullmastiff Rescuers Inc. to help me get a home that matches my personality. Is it you? I am located in Michigan but I can travel, my rescue group can make that work to most states East of the Mississippi.

I love going for walks but hold me tight because I like to explore the little critters running up ahead. That means I have a prey drive, so no cats and I need a fenced in yard - not an electric fence. I want to be an only dog, I am selfish that way. Do you love to snuggle? I do, especially in bed with you! I don’t love cats and other small creatures though, and my feelings toward small children are unknown so I will have to go to an active home with children 15 and up since I am a vigorous player. I also embarrass myself by creating a big scene when people come to my door, and I promise to work hard on behaving myself under those circumstances since I really like making new friends. I just need a little help in the self control department. I am housebroken and crate trained, spayed, heartworm negative, microchipped and up to date on all of my shots. If you can love me and just me alone, I could be yours. Please fill out an application at

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
