Hi, my name is Ambermina but people call me Amber. I’m about 4 years old, female, 12 pounds, and spayed. I am said to be a Chihuahua mix. My previous owner got sick and couldn’t take care of me anymore. Right now I live with 3 other dogs, 2 cats, and a teenager. I love them all, even the one that growls at me all the time.
My foster brothers and sister are teaching me all sorts of new things. My foster mom says I am a follower and some things are naughty. When my foster brother barks, I bark louder. Its so fun even though I dont know what I am barking at. When all 4 of us go outside we fly over all of the steps and see who can get to the fence first to get a squirrel. Its so fun!! I’m playful and love my squeaky toys and bones!! I also love giving kisses and getting lots of snuggles!
I am pretty good at going potty outside. I’ve had a few accidents but it happens. I stay in a crate when my foster mom goes to work. It’s not my favorite but I go in well when I’m told. I’ve learned to relax when she’s gone but when she gets back I get so excited that it takes me a while to calm down. At night I get to sleep wherever I want. And lately, I don’t have to go in the crate if my foster mom is only gone for a short time. I am pretty lazy during the day so what could I possibly do?

If you are looking for a new pal who loves to snuggle, I am your girl.
