Starla is a senior Chihuahua mix that is just about 6 pounds. Starla arrived with Frederick from Kentucky after their owner passed away. Starla has had a rough life. She has a front leg limp and also has some hair loss due to poor care. Starla would like to have an understanding home that will see her shyness as a positive and love her unconditionally. Starlas nature is quite sweet and loving. She was recently spayed, had a dental and had mammary masses removed.
