Austin, TX, 73301
Pet name:
Heartworm Prevention given on the 16th of each monthUPDATE: Penny is doing very well in her foster and has already lost 2 lbs. She is starting to get her girlish figure back. She loves short walks and snuggling on the couch with you. Penny also knows how to use the doggy door and would benefit in a home with one. Penny would prefer to sleep in the human bed and hates sleeping in her crate at night. She gets along fine with the other dog in the foster home who is larger than her and she has done well with other dogs she has met. She has met some children and is great with kids who are gentle with her. She is the perfect guard dog and will bark when she hears the doorbell and hears your phone ringing.
Sweet Penny is a new arrival to CTDR after having been surrendered by her owner due to her owner moving into an Assisted Living Center. Penny is a beautiful senior girl, who will need to go on a diet once she gets into a foster home. She has had most of her vetting done and now just need a foster and a forever home in which to live out the rest of her golden years.. FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
