Ruby Sue! She is such a sweet ittle one with loads of fun energy. She is very shy at first but becomes your best friend quickly! She is a dog that has learned that toys are amazing. She gets so excited when she gets a new one. She does like to shredd her stuffed toys though. She enjoys bones and special treats. Ruby loves to play and enjoys relaxing while snuggled into a blanket. She is still fearful of new things but adjust rather quickly. She is slightly sound sensitive and will hide but comes out as soon as she knows its safe. She spent her entire life in a dark barn, inside a cage so she has had to learn a lot in a short time while in foster care. She has adjusted well. Ruby is NOT fully house trained but more often then not she runs out the doggie door to potty. She is crate trained. Ruby and Margo have proven to us that they would do best kept together. They each help the other overcome fears. They also love to snuggle and play togther. Please consider adopting a bonded pair!!! Our dogs are fully vetted. This includes spay or neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, rabies, microchipped, Heartworm and Lyme tested, worming, flea treatments, Heartworm prevention started and any other medical care needed. Our adoption fee also includes 6-week group obedience class (value $125.) If adopting a puppy under age we cover spay/neuter at 6 months. Adoption for this dog is $300 (for both girls NOT each) To apply to adopt: Visit our website- www.caninepartnersprograminc.org Click Adoption tab- Read about our adoption process and requirements then complete the adoption application by clicking on the rescues face. Thank YOU for considering giving them that happy home they deserve! PUPPY MILL INTAKE I have lived my life as an income source for humans. I have been kept inside a dark barn-inside a pen. I have delivered numerous litters of puppies. I have never lived inside a home. I have never been outside. I have never been loved. I have no idea what toys or treats are. I have no idea what its like to be loved by a human. I am very scared and shy right now BUT I am also VERY sweet. I want to love humans and I want to be a part of a family. I do know I absolutley LOVE blankets>> I was able to feel them for the first time the night I was saved from the puppy mill. Sadly, that same day, my former owner abruptly took my nursing puppy from me so I was suffering from being fully engorged with milk. I am feeling better now. I need someone that will be understanding and will take time to train me. I am VERY shy so I need someone that will help me learn all about my new life. I will need all my vetting done. CPP is looking for a home willing to foster me while we wait for the veternarian appointments. Then once all the vetting is done you can adopt me. Please remember I need patience and time while learning. I am not housetrained but I already prefer to go outside. If applying for a dog listed as "foster to adopt" this simply means you start out as a foster home while their medical situation and/or spay & neuters are being done and then you adopt once complete. To apply to adopt: Visit our website- www.caninepartnersprograminc.org Click Adoption tab- Read about our adoption process and requirements then complete the adoption application by clicking on the rescues face.
