Meow! My name is Zoey! My estimated date of birth is 6/12/2018. I came into rescue in 2019 as a pregnant momma cat a few weeks away from giving birth. I was taken to a foster home where I could safely deliver my babies, be warm and cared for, and have help caring for my little ones. I was a fantastic mother to them and friendly towards people. Unfortunately the pregnancy made me very sick and some of my babies were sick too. I lost a lot of weight during that time and 3 of my babies did not make it. It made me upset and mad at the world that I lost my babies and I backtracked with my progress and became less trusting of people. Forever love helped to get me healthy again and my remaining babies found homes. I came into kitty corner and still have not come around and become my old self again. I am very skittish and shy. Sometimes i will climb on the island in the cage room and meow like I want attention and for you to pet me, but will dart away if you try to touch me. I am beginning to let the volunteers that I have known and developed trust with pet me. I need a home that understands I am scared, I am skittish, and I need extra time and patience, but that will accept me for who I am and love me through it all. I am at kitty corner patiently waiting for my forever home.

All of the cats listed are located in or near Gettysburg, Pennsylvania unless otherwise noted. Adoption fees are $60 for adult cats and kittens over 6 months old, $100 for kittens (under 6 months) and $30 for senior cats (7 years+) to help cover vet bills for spay/neuter, basic vaccinations, testing, microchips and preventatives. No cat will be officially adopted without being spayed/neutered and rabies vaccinated (unless there are health risks in doing so). We highly recommend adopting kittens in pairs and we do discount for double adoptions here to encourage it.
