Misplaced Mutts is a 501(c)3 non-profit, volunteer-based organization dedicated to rescuing dogs and cats in shelters and less than ideal home situations throughout North Carolina. We are based out of Carteret County. Adoption fee includes age appropriate vetting including medical exam, vaccines, and deworming. Low cost spay/neuter vouchers are available for purchase upon request (sterilization is a requirement of adoption).
