**This animal is in foster care and not at the shelter for viewing**

Welcome Darcy!

Darcy was surrendered as her previous owner was unable to care for her. She is now ready to find her forever home!

Darcy is a fabulous, fancy feline who loves everything to be about her! Darcy loves to receive verbal attention and will gladly accept pets and chin scratches when she is ready for them!

Darcy does have hyperthyroidism, which affects her metabolism. To help her body manage her metabolism, she receives a medicated cream in her ear twice a day (transdermal). Darcy also has a heart murmur but is not on any medication for it. Along with this, Darcy is receiving an injection once a month for osteoarthritis. These injections help make sure she stays happy and comfortable! These medical conditions do not affect her day-to-day life however should be monitored and taken to a vet if signs of illness arise.

Darcy loves to be the center of attention and does not want to share the spotlight with another pet.

Has Darcy won your heart? Apply to adopt her today!

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
