Are you a night owl? Do you fancy yourself a bit mysterious? The type of person to own an animal no one else sees? Then Chloey is the cat for you. Shes basically a wizards familiar, distrustful of her owner at first but then comes around and loves only them and their close friends.Chloey has been at her foster home for almost an entire year! She is FIV positive and comes from a background that makes her skittish. Her FIV does not affect her day-to-day life in any way, and as long as she stays indoors that will continue. She plays with the current house cats under the door and is actively curious about them. If the current resident cat is friendly we are confident that Chloey and they will get along. Since Chloey is spayed, and hopefully any house cats are fixed too, there is basically no risk for FIV transfer. This darling calico has a comfort cube included with her adoption. This will help her get acclimated to a small room much faster. Her foster parents currently have it set up in a corner hidden by other furniture. When she is skittish or when there are guests over she will always default to the cube! Her foster family got to know her better when they realized she truly is a nocturnal cat. Chloey is in her element when everyone else is asleep. She loves butt scratches and car wash style petting (she pets herself on your hands). Sudden noises and movements will make her think about her cube, but if she trusts you she will come right back. She has a very quiet purr that you can hear when she coos her thankfulness.Currently, during the day she sleeps by the window in the office and will periodically come over for a butt scratch. Shes an adorable calico that simply needs patience for her to come out of her shell and will then make a wonderfully mysterious companion!

This cat has been combo-tested for Feline Leukemia and FIV, received all age-appropriate vaccinations and is altered.

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
