Description:
Barks and Meows Rescue introduces Alma-Jo. She is a Foxhound/Redbone Coonhound mix born to Anna-lee on Jan 24/2022. There are 6 in the litter, 4 males, and two females. We estimate her to reach up to 55lbs when fully grown Mommy Annalee weighs 40lbs. We have no idea who the father/fathers are as Annalee was already pregnant when found. This litter was born in our foster care program on Jan 24, 2022. Alma-Jo enjoys playing with all the other dogs in the home as well as her toys. She is fed in her crate, large Breed Puppy food 3 times daily. She no longer sleeps in her crate even when her family is out for a bit. Alma-Jo loves playing in the yard. She is an explorer and is always checking everything out. She plays very nicely and gently with other dogs outside as well. She has her toys to play with when in her crate. Alma-Jo requires leash training as she has to had that to date. She is affectionate and loves everyone, regardless of age Cuddling with her humans is a favorite pastime. She has not been exposed to cats. She is now fully vaccinated, dewormed, spayed, on heartworm/flea tick preventions and microchipped. A fully fenced backyard, having a minimum of 6 feet high wooden fencing, and a Veterinarian History of Compliance is mandatory to apply for this litter. Another well-socialized dog in the home is mandatory as well. Visit barksandmeows.ca for an online application. Available to Ontario Residents only!!!

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
