Tayler might be the most famous foster dog at Angels Among Us Pet Rescue. She has been a nanny dog for 4 litters of puppies, after nursing her own litter, over the past 9 months. She is a wonderful momma. But Tayler would like to move out of the nursery and be a full fledged family dog. She is an accomplished soccer player and would like older kids or fun adults who like to play ball.
Tayler has wonderful house manners. She is smart like most German Shepherds and knows her basic obedience commands. She has also done some scent training, which she enjoyed. She also loves to hang out on the sofa for snuggles. She continues to work on "heel" a difficult command if you are easily distracted by squirrels!
Tayler is still active at 5 years old and needs a fenced in yard to accommodate her playfulness. She is also an avid critter hunter and will chase the squirrels, deer and hawks out of the yard. Given her penchant for critters, no cat/small critter owning families need apply. Taylor loves puppies, but is selective when it comes to her adult dog friends.
