Scarlett is a 4 year old spayed female German Shepherd who was surrendered to a public animal shelter after living as an outdoor dog in a home with young children, where she had lived since she was a puppy. Scarlett is a happy, sassy young lady.  She loves the pool and is very affectionate.  Despite her training, she will always be reactive to other dogs.  Scarlett is looking for a home where she will be the only pet.  Come meet Scarlett!
