Description:
"Arf, arf, arf," says, Frittata, a Great Pyrenees and Labrador Retriever mix female puppy. She was born around February 2022 and now weighs about 42 lbs. She loves people and dogs. She is almost entirely white except for patches on her head and ears. She could be the cutie you are looking for!

She is housebroken and crate trained, happily going voluntarily into an XXL crate to sleep with her sister each night. She loves her stuffed toys, but squeaky toys are her favorites.

She is not a big fan of walking in the neighborhood, as I think cars make her nervous. She is much happier playing off leash at the local dog park. She likes to play with her sister and the resident canine pack, whether at the dog park or at home. Frittata also likes to go off by herself for some quiet time to chill, and she fits nicely into the corner of the couch.

We are working on sitting for treats, but she can barely contain herself. She loves to snuggle and enjoys being greeted with lots of petting in the morning and anytime she comes back from playing.

Frittata will flourish in a home with another dog to show her the ropes. With supervision and love from her family, she has the potential to be a wonderful family companion.

PUPPIES ARE ONLY PLACED IN HOMES WITH YOUTHFUL, PLAYFUL RESIDENT DOGS WHO ARE AT LEAST 50 POUNDS.

Our requirements for puppy adoptions are simple and necessary.

\tOur puppies are not livestock guardians, they are family pets that live inside of the family home.
\tPuppies must be placed in homes with a youthful, adult resident dog of similar size. This gives the puppy a mentor and a solid foundation for becoming part of the family.
\tPuppies are only adopted to homes with someone at home at least part of the day. If no one is home for 6-8 hours at a time, please do not apply.
\tPreference is always given to those with Great Pyrenees experience.
\tApplicants must have secure, visible fencing and a socialization plan in place.
\tThe fastest way to be considered for a puppy is to fill out an application. Adoption is not first come, first served. GPRS and its fosters work diligently to find the right fit for each and every unique dog and puppy.
\tApplicants personal pets must be current on vaccines & heartworm/flea prevention and be altered.

Adoption fee: $450 (Adoption fee includes spay or neuter, distemper/parvo vaccines, flea preventative, deworming, and health certificate for travel). Adopters located outside of Texas pay the cost of transport to an independent transport service ($250).
