Pet name:
Ms. Stevie (TX)
Labrador Retriever
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Ms. Stevie (TX) is a female Labrador Retriever mix rescued in Texas. Our veterinary partner estimates that Ms. Stevie is 10 years old at the time of intake in November 2021. Ms. Stevie is good with people and other dogs with proper introductions. Ms. Stevie lived a marginal life in a backyard with 4 canine siblings. It was the only life she ever knew. But then one day her family moved and left Stevie and her siblings behind. They remained in the backyard loyal to their family waiting for them to come back. And the family did, took the other dogs but left Ms. Stevie behind. Rescue Dogs Rock heard the cry for help from the neighbor and rescued Ms. Stevie. For the first time in her life, she knows what it feels like to be loved. Despite the rough life Ms. Stevie has had, she remains so, so sweet. She has a gentle disposition and very mellow, although no cats for this lady and older kids would be best. She enjoys walks and car rides or just resting with her person. If you are the special person who can open your heart and home to Ms. Stevie and give her the life she should have had all along, please apply online to adopt Ms. Stevie (TX) at

All pets are also current on age-appropriate vaccines at the time of adoption Given technical constraints on this database, this pets location may not be as listed here. We can, however, provide transport support for pets in foster at a considerable distance from the adopter.

FindpetTM is a Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry for the AAHA Universal Pet Microchip Lookup Tool. AAHA provides an internet-based application that enables veterinarians, humane organizations, pet owners or other persons to search various Pet Recovery Service registries and identify those registries on which a particular microchip is registered. AAHA is not affiliated or involved with any specific microchip registry and has no relationship, financial or otherwise, with this Participating Pet Recovery Service Registry ("Registry"). This Registry has given AAHA permission to search the Registry's database in order to assist pet owners in being reunited with their pets. AAHA does not maintain a database of microchips of its own. It only links to registries such as this one. The AAHA Universal Microchip Lookup Tool only searches the databases of companies that elect to participate in the program.
